Darren has always shown enormous passion and enthusiasm for coaching, training and leading people and loves to combine his industry knowledge and experience in his current role. Darren is a MAUS Certified Advisor and consultant, a highly skilled coach, trainer and a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Queensland, Australia. His company, Real Estate Coaching Hub Pty Ltd, also holds a Corporations License.
In addition to acquiring his knowledge and experience in coaching, training and consulting, Darren worked as a high performing Real Estate Agent for over 11 years, however his association with the real estate industry as a whole dates back to 1991.
His real estate background is vast and one that has encompassed all areas of residential real estate, including asset and portfolio management, sales and leasing, business sales, office management, recruitment, training, property development and the list goes on. He has run teams of up to 60 people whilst being a multi-award-winning agent himself, in a major franchised network and consistently ranked “highly” amongst the industry elite.
As our clients only ever see Darren in a professional context, we thought you may like to know a little about the man behind the business.
He enjoys good food, good wine, good company and spending time with friends and family. In his down time, some of his favourite pastimes are property investing, renovating, working in the yard and garden, reading, overseas travel, swimming, cycling, walking and holidaying by the water.
One thing that very few people know about Darren is his great love of flying and the fact that he held his student pilot’s licence at the age of 16, before obtaining his driver’s licence. Sadly, these days he no longer flies light aircraft, but is hoping to get back into the skies one day, when time permits.
In her professional capacity as Client Services Manager, Lyndie loves the part-time flexibility of the position, along with the day to day variety in her role, as no two days are ever the same.
Responsible for not only client support and administration, Lyndie also negotiates with trade partners and suppliers, handles all the travel arrangements for Darren, along with being the business systems operator behind the face of the business.
Lyndie is an integral part of the success of Real Estate Coaching Hub.
Over the years Darren has hand-picked and gathered a small team of highly supportive, passionate and professional consultants who work to the beat of their own drum in various locations across the country, to support him and in turn, the work we do with our clients.
We have Mary and Lizzie who between them jointly head up the accounting and bookkeeping services for our organisation, assisting Darren with financial management, guidance and direction in these areas. Whilst Emma and Daniel, offer strategy, compliance, risk management and organisational resilience services, for the purpose of future proofing what we do here at Real Estate Coaching Hub.
Then last, but not least, we have John who is a marketing ninja and strategist, whose sole responsibility it is to keep us top of mind in the marketplace with both online and offline leading-edge marketing services.
